🔔 A Few Important Notes Before You Begin:

  • Never use acetone or nail glue remover on your Talaskye press-on nails. These harsh chemicals can damage the press-on nail itself, making it unusable for future applications.

  • If you applied your nails using liquid glue, we recommend waiting at least 10 days before removal. Liquid glue is meant for long wear and can last up to two weeks.

  • Avoid forcefully pulling or prying your nails off. This can damage your natural nail and warp your press-ons.

📋 What You’ll Need:

  • A medium-sized bowl

  • Mild soap

  • 1 tbsp of oil (olive oil or coconut oil work well)

  • Cuticle stick (included in your application kit)

  • Nail buffer

Step 1: Soak your nails in warm, soapy oil water (15–20 minutes)

Fill a bowl with comfortably warm water (not too hot). Add a few drops of mild soap and your chosen oil. Soak your hands for 15–20 minutes. This softens the glue and makes the removal process much gentler—plus, it hydrates your nails and cuticles. Make sure all fingernails are submerged fully.

Step 2: Gently wiggle and lift

Using your cuticle stick, gently wedge it under the press-on nail. Wiggle it back and forth with slight upward pressure. Never force it—your nail will lift when it’s ready.
If the nail feels stubborn, soak for a few more minutes and try again. Refresh the water if it’s gone cold and reapply oil as needed.

Step 3: Buff and clean your natural nails

Once all the nails are off, wash your hands to remove any leftover glue or oil. Use your nail buffer to gently smooth away any residue. Take your time and be gentle—your natural nails will thank you.

Step 4: Care for your press-ons

To prep your Talaskye press-ons for next time, lightly buff off any leftover glue from the underside of each nail. This keeps them smooth and ready for reuse. Store them safely in your storage case or original packaging until you're ready to wear them again.

By following these steps, you’ll keep your Talaskye press-on nails in beautiful condition and keep your natural nails healthy and strong between sets.
