• Custom order requests will only be confirmed from Monday to Friday. Requests placed on weekends will be confirmed/processed on the following Monday.

• There may be slight variations in colours of your ordered items compared to what is displayed online due to lighting conditions, screen settings and individual perception which can subtly alter the appearance of colours. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

Prices shown in videos, social media posts and all other promotional materials reflect design costs only and may not include additional fees such as shipping or delivery. Pricing is subject to design complexity and may vary. Final pricing, including all applicable fees, will be displayed at checkout on the website.

• Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carriers or couriers, Talaskye will not be liable for lost or damaged packages, as it is beyond our control and responsibility.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Talaskye is not responsible for delivery issues or redirect costs caused by incorrect addresses.

• For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Issues

• All sales are final due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails.

• We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. Contact us and please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Adhesives & Tools

Your order includes air-dry liquid nail glue and/or adhesive tabs. These are the only adhesives recommended for use with Talaskye nails.

• Do not use gel glue or UV lamps. These are not needed. Applying press-ons with gel may lead to damage or adverse reactions.

• Talaskye is not liable for any problems caused by using third-party products, tools, or techniques.

Nail Prep Tools & Responsibility

Each application kit may include basic nail prep tools (e.g. buffer, file, cuticle pusher) to help improve wear time and application results. Use of these tools is entirely optional.

• Prepping your nails is not a requirement, only a suggestion for better results.

• If you choose to prep your nails, do so gently and only if you feel confident and comfortable using the tools provided.

• Talaskye is not responsible for injury or nail damage caused by improper or aggressive nail prep.

If you're unsure how to safely prep your nails, consult a licensed nail technician or refer to Talaskye’s tutorials for guidance.

Application Instructions

To ensure the best and safest results:

• Follow the printed instructions included with your order

• Read and watch any safety and tutorial materials provided on the Talaskye website or social media

• Apply press-ons only to clean, dry, product-free, and healthy natural nails

Natural Nail Health

Do not apply press-on nails to:

• Weak, damaged, brittle, inflamed, or infected nails

• Nails with open cuts, wounds, or visible signs of fungal infection

If you are unsure about the condition of your nails, consult a licensed nail technician or healthcare professional before use.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Some individuals may be allergic or sensitive to nail glue ingredients.
