How to order
Step 1. Buy a sizing kit
Choose a sizing kit in your favourite nail shape and length. Measure all 10 nails on both hands to find your unique nail sizes.
Keep in mind: sizes change between shapes and lengths, so you’ll need a kit for each style you want.
Step 2. Place an order
Send your nail sizes, shape, length, and design (via form, email, or DM). I’ll review everything and confirm which design level your set falls under.
Step 3. Checkout & pay
Head to the shop and add the design level to your cart. Double-check your details and complete checkout the same day to secure your spot—orders are only confirmed with payment.
Step 4. Processing & delivery
Once your order is confirmed, I’ll start working on it. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready and handed over for delivery. Note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

How long is the order process?
Keep things smooth and stress-free:
Send all details upfront (nail measurements, shape and length, design inspo, budget, etc.) for faster quotes.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is made.
Custom slots are limited and first-come, first-served—checkout the same day to secure your slot.
Double-check your nail sizes. I can’t offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Check your shipping and payment details are correct, as any redelivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
