📋✍🏼 How to place an order
Step 1. Grab a sizing kit
All new customers are required to purchase a sizing kit before placing an order. This is a crucial step to determine your accurate nail size for a perfect fit for all ten nails which I'll need before I can process your order.
Unsure about the shape? You can see which shape suits you best with a shape kit. If you're looking for the perfect nude base, there's also a shade kit available!
Step 2. Place an order
Once you have your nail sizes for all 10 nails, it's time to complete the order form with all your details, including nail sizes, shape, desired design, and reference photos. I'll then reach out to you to confirm your order.

Step 3. Add the design level to your basket
After confirming your order, I'll inform you of the design level your order falls into. You'll then need to go to the shop, add this design level to your basket and proceed to payment and checkout.
Step 4. Secure your spot
Secure your spot by checking out and completing payment on the same day. Keep in mind that spots are allocated on a first-come, first serve basis.
Step 5. Receive an email confirmation
That's it! Your spot is secured, and an email confirmation is on its way. Processing time usually takes around 3-5 days. If you place your order on a Monday, your order will be sent out for shipping on Friday at the latest. Keep in mind that this timeframe may vary.
